Store Policy & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped.

2. Right of Return (Within 7 Days)

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, customers have the right to cancel the purchase and return the product within a minimum of 7 days from the date of delivery, unless the product falls under legally exempted categories.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products customized or made specifically for the customer
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery

(As outlined under Article 5 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law)

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged or different from what was ordered, BY YOUSEF BRAND will offer a replacement or full refund. In such cases, the store will cover shipping costs.

5. Shipping Fees

If the return is due to an error by the store, shipping costs will be covered by the store.
If the return is requested by the customer without product defect, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of approval, in accordance with the implementing regulations of the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
